About Me

I am a mom of 4 boys and a farm wife.  We have 2 dogs, chickens, and too many cats! I love being on the farm whether it’s working in the yard or sitting on the patio for a bonfire.  Winters around our place are long and cold so I love a good book when we aren’t running around following hockey teams. 

I have been a licensed mental health counselor for the past 10 years and decided to add Functional Bloodwork Specialist into my practice after experiencing the difference in myself of giving my body the support it needs.
