Hi! I'm Jessica...

I opened my private counseling practice 7 years ago. After going through my own health journey, I trained as a Functional Bloodwork Specialist and I’m delighted to now offer these services through my practice.

It all started when a friend told me about a specialist who could help me after doctors kept telling me everything was normal.

After working with her, I realized I’d never felt so good and had probably been struggling my entire life. This is when I decided I had to help other women experience the healing I did…even when their doctors say there’s nothing wrong with them.

Whether it’s mental health or physical health, there is always something going on below the surface when there are symptoms.

Helping people find a life they never even knew they could have is the most rewarding thing I do in my practice.

I focus big time on sleep quality.

Sleep is essential for our mental and physical health and the lack of quality sleep in our culture is a pandemic in its own right.

Sleep restores. Without it, we cannot heal properly. I’ve watched people transform their lives after improving sleep.
